Btw, just to expand a bit about that Garmin entry, that's because I have Garmin Express software installed and I have a Garmin smart watch that I plugin occasionally. So now I'm thinking that among the various USB devices I've plugged in there may be some that did a poor job at providing the proper firmware recognition for Windows to be able to identify them, beyond a cryptic number.

As said, you can easily check via Devices and Printers and checking your BT connected items via Properties, and clicking the "services" tab.
BTW, SMS. MMS, is most likely your smartphone, Garmin is obviously your Garmin device, don't know what the others are but if you go to Devices and Printers and click properties on your Bluetooth devices and look at the "Services" tab, you'll very likely see the same entries. If you remove (untick) those entries, they'll be removed from "Other devices" in Device Manager.
Basically any device in Devices and Printers that has a "Service" tab will have an entry in "Others". Those are typically "Bluetooth" devices. As shown in my image in post #7, all those listings under "other devices" are from my BT connected smartphones (2) and a Bose BT connected headphone.

Which, YES.... the yellow triangle indicates an issue, and YES.... perhaps a missing drivers. However, that is NOT what the OP is seeing per his posted image below - there are NO yellow triangles in his "Other devices"....
As we see in the OP's image, followed by the General tab info, the device is working properly. Thus what Try3 is arguing is NOT the issue the OP is having.
What the OP is seeing are the "Services" used for Bluetooth devices as explained in my post #3 here - Some entries in "Other Devices" are a mystery--can't figure them out

Yes, Sygnus has it right. No driver issue, as there's no visual flag indication and I wasn't suffering any functional issues with devices shown.
On a related note, the whole reason why I was even making this inquiry about devices was in trying to troubleshoot a different device problem that arose for me. I upgraded to Windows 20H2, and now my Google Pixel 5 isn't showing up in the list the way it used to. The "Android Nexus ADB Interface" device entry appears upon USB connection with my laptop, but no "Pixel 5" entry. And I can't get it to show up in Windows Explorer for file transfers. I don't get an entry under "Other Devices" or any flag of an inoperable driver. The cellphone appears just fine in my other laptop WHICH, btw, has the Android SDK installed as well. It's bugging the heck out of me...
It did show me that driver being used for "Google Nexus ADB Interface" and I was able to delete that, but it would reappear again when plugging in the Pixel 5 once more. Something seems to be "half baked." Windows makes an audible acknowledgement of the device. There's no driver error or questionable driver added to "Other Devices." But despite that "Android Devices" node appearing, Windows won't allow for file access because my Pixel 5 doesn't appear in Windows Explorer.
