Not sure if I did that correctly. I noticed that the C: drive free space increased by 10GB or so

    Code:
    Memory Modules:

Tag BankLabel Capacity(GB) Manufacturer PartNumber Speed
    --- --------- ------------ ------------ ---------- -----
    Physical Memory 0 BANK 0 4 Samsung M471B5173BH0-CK0 1333
    Physical Memory 1 BANK 2 4 Samsung M471B5273CH0-CH9 1333

    Total Memory:
    8GB

    Total Memory Slots:
    2

    Used Memory Slots:
    2
All memory slots have been filled. None is empty!

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

    C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    2) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.
Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using a one drive, drop box, or google drive share link:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10

    3) Post a new image of HD Sentinel for HGST HTS721010A9E6300

    4) The chkdsk switches can run overnight

    5) Check cables:

Run memtest86+ version 5.01 or 5.31b for at least 8 passes.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.

    a) Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 or 5.31b with the link below.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

The testing is done not by time but by passes.
The more passes the better the testing conditions.
There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
There is 8 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.

    b) When Memtest86+ version 5.01 has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

    Did you test new cables?

    Hard disk case: communication errors

    Code:
    Recommendations
Check data and power cables and connections of the hard disks and SSDs

Consider using high quality cables, for example SATA cables with SATA 6G
designation (especially if you prefer to use a SATA 6G device)

Avoid using power cable extenders, splitters

IDE/ATA hard disks: make sure to connect the hard disk cable properly.
Use 80-wire standard cable (not round one) and the "longer" end should
be connected to the motherboard, the shorter end to the master device
and the center connector should be to the slave device. If there is an optical
drive on the same cable, the hard disk should be always set to master and
the optical drive should be the slave device.

Disk menu -> Surface Test functions can cause high amount of traffic transferred
between the hard disk and the controller (host). This way they can be effectively
used to check if there are further data communication errors. Disk menu
-> Surface Test -> Refresh data area is one of the best methods to test as it
automatically performs verification by comparing the content of the sectors
after the "refresh" with the original content.

Other system factors (for example generic overheat, not stable power source,
overclocking) can also cause data communication issues. It is recommended to
verify and eliminate these issues also if possible.
