HP Pavilion desktop touch screen stooped and I Need Help

I have a Pavillion All-In-One desktop 23-q113w touch. Running Windows 10. (I have kept up with the updates.) Version 2004 build 19041.804 On Feb 28 the touch screen stopped working as my granddaughter was playing RoBlox. I automatically tried to find a fix. I contacted HP but they wanted payment as my computer was out of warranty. I saw where it said to disable then enable the touch screen. I accidentally hit uninstall. I have been on different sites for help in finding the right driver. No luck. One suggested I do a system restore. It didn't finish. I tried it a number of times. Still the same, except now it says I have no restore point. I have a system image recovery, but don't know how to do that.

I tried to restore again and this time it wanted my password and it kept saying it was wrong. I changed my password three times and still couldn't do it.

I just want my touch screen to work again. Can anyone help me?

Find a flash drive with free space and a working computer.

Find a camera or smartphone camera.

Download and install onto the flash drive HP UEFI Hardware Diagnostics: version 8.0.0.0
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

Insert the flash drive into the applicable port on the problematic computer.
Power on the computer and repetitively click F2.
Click extensive > click loop until error > run overnight > the next day click esc if it has made two or more loops > click component tests > graphics > perform interactive tests

Take pictures of the results or error codes > post images into the thread
