Reinstalled Realtek drivers, Audio Manager missing

    Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

So I have this odd issue i uninstalled my Realtek drivers, i wanted to be able to listen through my headphones and speakers at the same time, And when i plugged in my headphones for the first time it was working until the Audio Manager popped up and asked what device it was, i selected Headphones and it turned off the headphones audio as the speakers was playing. I just wanted to be able to play through both. In an attempt to remove those values from wherever it was stored i uninstalled my realtek drivers from device manager and windows add/remove. After that whenever i install the drivers it NEVER comes back. The audio manager is gone forever, installing the latest version from realtek yields a -0001 error so i use the one provided by my motherboard manu MSI. I have the x570 tomahawk wifi.

Anyone with tips on how to a) run both audio at the same time between headphones (front panel) and back panel (speakers) AND if someone has a way to get realtek audio manager, though that matters less to me compared to my original issue

I can play sound through headphones and speakers simultaneouly via stereo mix.

Other than that - no comment or other advice I can give.

Maybe someone else knows where to get the correct drivers. Personally I always keep a backup of the original drivers that were pre-installed on the machine just in case.

I managed to get the drivers, it's actually kind of pathetic how terrible realtek is for maintaining the drivers i have to go to other offbrand sites that may or may not be legit or pack another malicious dll into it. Kind of dumb but i woulld try your stereo mix method out Thank you very much!

The stereo mix works well, maybe i can set it to do a bunch together so i can playback to my TV as well
