    UAS Disk connection problem

Wondering why UAS disk on repeated restart is alternatively connected and disconnected (not shows up).
Connected follows disconnected and disconnected follows connected.
USB suspend is disabled, drivers updated, no hidden devices etc.

What is a UAS disk? Or did you mean the USB External Drive?

Okay, just hadn't seen that acronym used, most just say USB to apply to all such HDD, SSD, SD/SDHC and Thumb/Flash drives.

The SCSI term is being interchanged in some cases with USB. There actually used to be SCSI/Small Computer System Interface drives back in the early days into the '90s but along with MFM/RLL drives I didn't get much experience with them.

Some settings I would check is in Power Options for turning things off such as USB ports and also whether it happens during full shutdowns and cold startups or only during restarts, coming out of Sleep or Hibernation. Other than that I have no exact one-fits-all solution to offer.

Are considered power options: hibernation is switched off, in drivers power management option are unchecked. Both on shutdown and restart USB power is switched off and on boot switched on (blue light indicates it). Batteries drivers are updated, USB drivers are working properly. UAS disk is a small SSD M.2 with SCSI-microB adapter.
Actually there are many drivers acting on startup: storage controller, enumerator, disk, usb serial, battery, volume.
    Need hints.

Try another USB cable. All things USB are cable-sensitive.

Have 2 cables, original and Y power cable. PC has 3xUSB 2.0 ports, connecting Y cable in 2 of USB ports at boot causes power switch off when win logo screen is replaced with welcome screen.
With single cable in case of no connect there has not been attempt to start the uaspstor.sys service. PlugPlay service is running. Something else is stopping connection process.

Have tried many alternatives. Now UAS disk stays connected after restart, after shutdown disconnected always.

Have found info: UAS is not supported on Removable Storage Device Rules. The UAS device should be restarted (disconnect and reconnect) manually for policy changes to take effect.

    Is there any other opinions?

Since UAS is not supported on Removable Storage Device Rules
Open Device manager and Disable and Enable the device
You can try this, but I don't think it will help

Have made clean win 10 pro instal, updated drivers with PC HelpSoft. Next day windows update awakened and generated the following system event sequence. Event 98 NTFS triggers UAS disk autoplay (connect) and on this occasion 5 times.
