    I can't assign drive letters and can't find dskmgmnt.exe on Windows 10

Hello everyone, I have a bunch of old WD portable hard drives that I recently pulled out of storage, and I have been trying to get them to work. I at first thought they were all dead, because even though they started vibrating and sounded like they were on and the lights on them came on, I couldnt find them in my "This PC" folder. I did a little bit of research and discovered thst the drives are seemingly fine - they just aren't showing up because my laptop did not automatically assign them any drive letters. I read about how to assign them drive letters in Disk Management, but something strange happened; I couldn't find it on my laptop, which is running WIndows 10. I did find something called Computer Managemet, opened it, and went into Device Manager, and from what I read, right-clicking on the hard drive would allow me to assign a drive letter. So I right-clicked, but the menu doesn't include that option. Here's a screenshot:I can't assign drive letters and can't find dskmgmnt.exe on Windows 10-nodiskletter.jpg

Please lete me know if I need to include any more information, because this problem is annoying me to no end. Thanks in advance to all who can help.

Right click on Windows Start flag. In the menu that appears you will find Disk Management

    Create a shortcut with C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc
