Asus Sim PRO Dock problems with video output issue

hi guys,i just bought a nice Asus SimPRO Dock and it seems that i cannot output video from it on HDMI. dont want to even try the VGA. it's black screen nothing, nada.

I obviously have an Asus laptop :) ASUS VivoBook S15 S510UQ.It has been 1 hours of searching, installed drivers. Is there a way that this can be done with a drivers tweak or better i return it and get something else?





My usb C does not have the little display icon thingie.

however i was able to use a Dell d6000 with usb c video output via displaylink before, worked sweet.any info appreciated.
