Use 7-Zip to delete them.
7-Zip Portable (file archiver) | PortableApps.com
It's not very much stuff/space overall, and apparently it's a part of NTFS used to track file changes in/from applications. Here's an MS Answers discussion that's pretty informative: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...1-9556a8c8b0e4.
I'd leave it alone, or as @AddRAM suggests, use diskpart to clean the drive and start over.
Good luck either way and HTH,

Don't format, (manually) delete the partition(s) and recreate (EaseUS or AOMEI freeware versions).
Whatever's left/still there is systems based.
You don't need a third-party app to create partitions.DiskPart
can do the job.
