    USB device not recognized


    Hello,
    Since few days and intermittently, when I connect my Smartphone S20 Ultra to my PC (Win10 Pro 20H2), the message "USB device not recognized" is returned.
    I have checked and reinstalled the Samsung_USB_Driver_v1.7.43.0 driver on my PC.
    Also, I checked the device manager. There is indeed an unknown USB that I have uninstalled and reinstalled (the drivers are correct) and as soon as I connect my unknown S20 Ultra USB comes back (see attached image).
    S20 Ultra side, all the updates are installed (Android 11) and it works fine.
