I'm getting an LG V20 phone and want to move data via USB between it and my desktop running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC v1809 x64 without any issues. I'm asking this because I've read some horror stories about doing this.
What do I really need to do via setup, drivers or anything else? Thanks!
Normally you plug in the USB cable and a pop-up appears on the phone asking what you want to do with the USB connection, charge battery only or transfer files. Select transfer files then in File Explorer in Windows the phone storage will appear under This PC.
A simple way is use onedrive or google drive on the phone and it will sync with pc on its own
Worried about nothing. Plugged in cable and set up by itself. Same with Bluetooth. Thanks!
