Options to fix RAW recovery partitions

This computer has two RAW recovery partitions.
Partition 1 was assigned letter p:
Partition 2 was assigned letter q:

Chkdsk displayed: The type of the file system is RAW.
Windows supports re-evaluating bad clusters on NTFS volumes only.

reagentc /enable displayed: REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found.

The Windows version is 1809 (OS Build 17763.1282).
An in place upgrade cannot be performed.

What options are there to repair the recovery partition #5 Q:

Would something similar to this work?:

    sel dis 0
    sel par 5
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
    set id="de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac"
    exit

    reagentc /enable

    Code:
Disk 0 is an SSD. It has 5 partition(s). Model: SanDisk SD6PP4M-256G-1006

This computer has the above 1 fixed storage device(s) in total.

Since it looks like you have a recovery environment on partition 5, it would be:

    Code:
    reagentc /setreimage /path \\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition5\Recovery\WindowsRE /target C:\Windows
    Then try reagentc /enable

Use the RETAIN command in DISKPART to prepare the volume and try again.

Partition wizard screenshot shows the correct file system NTFS for both the recovery partitions 1 and 5. It it were RAW the file system will not be shown.
(You may assign drive letters P and Q to both the partitions using PW, then post a screenshot of Windows Disk Management and Partition wizard. )

You'll probably have to mount Windows 10 from an install.wim for install.esd file and set the \Windows\System32\Recovery folder as the source, then enable recovery environment.

P and Q were assigned to run chkdsk /b /v.
    This failed.

Then diskparinfo script was then ran displaying the new drive letters.
Images of disk management and PW were then posted.

These are new files / results / images

For the two RAW recovery partitions:

Diskpart displayed the assigned drive letters.

Disk management and Mini Tool did not display the assigned drive letters.

Get data back was opened on each RAW recovery partition.
The first image is partition #1.
    The others are partition #5.

We have to first determine whether the partitions are really RAW since you have "decided" that those partitions are RAW. I have, after seeing that those partitions show the correct file system in PW, decided that those are not RAW. If those are not RAW you can't unRAW it. So no options for that.

You may be aware that you cannot assign drive letters to those partitions in Windows Disk Management. ( by the same token you may perhaps be not able to assign a drive letter with diskpart and it may give an erroneous RAW report. This is what I think is happening - may be right or wrong)

By right clicking on those partitions in PW > Change Drive letter > Apply ,one can assign a drive letter to those partitions. Then one can in Windows Disk Management and PW, check whether those are really RAW. ( You can after that change the drive letter to "None" in PW )

PW will not allow assigning letters P or Q:

Options to fix RAW recovery partitions-ten-forums-mini-tool-part-4-01302021.jpg

Will it create confusion if diskpart already has assigned P and Q that PW cannot display?

Using diskpart the letters can be removed.
Then PW could assign the same or different letters.

This is PW with the assigned drive letters P: and Q:
