Deleted all of Bluetooth in Device Manager

Help, I deleted all of Bluetooth in Device Manager. Does anyone know what I need to install to get it back? When I try to add a bluetooth device it says that I do not have bluetooth. Dell xps 15 laptop.

    Thank you in advance

Have you tried rebooting, the device manager should find bluetooth again and install the drivers.

If not you should be able to download the drivers here

Thanks for the response. Nothing happens when I reboot. I have downloaded Dell drivers, but not sure if I'm downloading the correct ones.

Thanks again. Not getting the correct drivers... Do you know what drivers are needed to turn on Bluetooth?

Those should have been the drivers for the model you listed.
Open device manager and see if they are there.
As for turning on go to the notifications box (Far right on the task bar) click on the bluetooth symbol.

If not there, right click choose edit and add it

I don't get that symbol. It doesn't recognize that I have Bluetooth. Thanks for your help.

    Tom,

    How?

Have you run Dell hardware diagnostics?
Resolve Hardware Issues With Built-in and Online Diagnostics (SupportAssist ePSA, ePSA or PSA Error Codes)

The Dell article says to select Diagnostics on the Boot options menu [but my scribbled notes from the time say that I pressed F9 on that menu].
How to Enter the Built-in Diagnostics (32-bit Diagnostics, SupportAssist ePSA, ePSA, and PSA) - Dell UK

    My Bluetooth also disappeared once.
    - Dell Diagnostics could not even find it [It was under warranty at the time so, naturally, Dell Support said it was a software issue and was not covered].
    - I used my Dell Service tag & the Dell Drivers & downloads section to get a copy of the Service manual for my model.
    - I worked through the procedure to replace the [in my case, combined WiFi and] Bluetooth adapter. I wiped its contacts & put it back in straightaway.
    - The problem disappeared. That was four years ago and I've had no problems with it since.

I was having issues with sound and though it would reload, but it didn't.

Downloaded Killer wireless AC. Did not fix the issue. Ran diagnostic it had no mention of Bluetooth. Any other ideas on specific files to download? XPS 15 9550

    Thanks for your help.
