Disk Management utility is gone - How do I get it back?

I right-click the windows logo, navigate to "Disk Management" click on it and nothing happens.

How do I get DM back? I have MiniTool partition Wizard if that's any help.

    Thanks

Could be the link to it is damaged
    Try control panel admin tools
computer management then disk management on left pane
OR if that does not work
    try
    diskmgmt.msc

in a run cmd or in search on taskbar

If those do not open it could possibly be
    Antivirus: Avast Free 17.7.2314

    Please run:

Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

Thanks zbook. I hope that I've done this right. The uploaded file is attached.
Let me know if I skipped a step or if you need something different.

The V2 log collector results were posted instead of tuneup.bat.

Have you yet tried running the Disk mgmt opening command itself as Macboatmaster suggested?
    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc
    - You can paste that command into the Run box or into any Command/PowerShell window.

The logs displayed possible drive problems.

After posting results from tuneup please perform these steps:

    1) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
    HD Tune website
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

    2) Run Sea Tools for Windows
    long generic test
Post an image of the test result into the thread

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

    C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    4) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.

    6) These steps / tests can be performed overnight:

    b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test

Thanks zbook. Your help is much appreciated.

For whatever reason, I now have my Disk Management utility restored following your tutorial. I'll be happy to return whatever info that you would like, but I'll bow out with a kudos to you unless I can help you.

PS - I may try the other stuff that you recommend later.

Thanks again for all your help.

    Code:
.....needs to be taken offline to perform a Full Chkdsk. Please run "CHKDSK /F" locally via the command line

    You're welcome.
