Bsods on syba 40062 pcie card sata III

I had to install the OS first on native sata ports and then I inserted the pcie card which gives me frequent crashes and does not boot with inaccessible boot device error.I managed to get it started, but every time I have to do a clean install it are problems.
In device management, the triangle always appears under the heading Controller Host Usb Open HCD Standard.
The Usb ports doesn't working when the operating system is starting, only if I want to enter the bios without being able to use it and after logging in they work, but to use the usb ports at boot to manage Bios anything else I had to connect a keyboard and / or mouse Ps / 2
The internal Usb ports doesn't working in fact it gives me the error code 10 on the Host Controller Usb OpenHCD standard with the triangle . I'm using a hub that connect an usb mouse and keyboard.
    Os windows 10 prox64-20H2.

How old is the motherboard? There are/can be issues with USB as the BIOS may support only USB 2 but the installed Operating System [OS] loads USB 3 drivers, newer boards may have combination ports. I've not had luck booting to an add-in card. The PCIe card may be usable in X1, X4 or some X16 slots but the BIOS may not recognize a drive plugged into it until the OS loads. Same goes for USB keyboards and mice, usually for booting need the USB 2 ports to be recognized by the BIOS.
