usb unknown device, no driver ID says "ACPI\VEN_ATK&DEV_0110"

I plugged in a USB little dongle device and it cant install a driver as it does not know what it is.
When searching for the device hardware ID says
    "ACPI\VEN_ATK&DEV_0110"

It leads me to an Asus ACPI download file, but when I run it, Win10 blocks it with red.
Looking at config file in the .rar, it mentions all these other windows versions except 10.

Download ASUS ATK 0110 Virtual Device ACPI Driver 1043.2.15.37/1043.4.0.0 for Windows 9X, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2K, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows XP 64 bit, Windows Vista 64 bit

I scanned file with malwarebytes and it is clean

thanks, i downloaded cab, in device manager, with uninstalled device select update driver, browse my pc for the driver cab file , went to the folder it is in and it installed the driver.

I dont think the usb thingy is related to it! Just that something called ASUS MTsensor never got fixed in device manager, but I never saw an issue with a device till i plugged in that usb dongle which I think is for a wireless keyboard.

    MTsensor - ASACPI.sys - Program Information

And windows 10 update online, could not resolve this, I had tried. Why is that?
as in from device manager, check for drivers on windows update.
