    Dell Optiization Pop up annoying

About once a week I get a small pop up with the Dell logo offering to do an optimization of my Dell All in One computer. Is there any way to prevent it from appearing?

    Thank you.

If you have Dell SupportAssist installed go to the application settings to disable notifications, and automatic optimizations if you want.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I can find no mention of the Dell Support Assistant on the machine anywhere. Is there any hope for me? Is there a way to get the Support Assistant?

In the start menu the application is called "supportAssist" and in the control panel "dell supportAssist".

Otherwise go see settings-> system-> notifications and actions, see if you can see the app (dell here) that is causing the problem.
Also list all dell applications in the start menu and in the control panel to launch them and disable this pop up.

I only had supportAssist sending me pop-ups.
