Windows 10 only uses 16 GB from 32 GB

    Hello, again!:
When I've received the PC it have 16 GB RAM HyperX Fury 2666 Mhz (2x8). And when I go to place another two dimms exactly than the previous, Windows 10 says that reserve 16 Gb for hardware.
I have detilded the square Total Memory in Msconfig, but nothing seems to work. I've changed the dimms to another slot, and still not working. I've also execute a Memory Text and no errors.
Do you any way to solve this trouble?

Yes, but also I've cleaned every dimm and change to other place and still the same: only use 16 GB as you see in the image. The changes in msconfig don't work. The MemTest don't have errors. I don't know what is happens.
    Thanks anyway.

What happens if you remove all the DIMMs, and insert only the new ones in the proper slots?

A very good question. Works fine. You can to choose any combination and if you place only two dimms, Windows works fine. When you attemp to place the four, only recognize two, or worse, reserve 16 Gb to hardware.
