Hide the empty drive slots from the Performance Tab in Task Manager?

The Performance Tab in Task Manager on my PC includes empty card reader slots as drives. How do I hide the empty slots/drives from the Performance Tab in Task Manager?

    Included in the tab are:

    CPU

    Memory

    Disc 0 (C: D:)

    Disk 1 (J:)

    Disk 2 (E:)

    Disk 3 (F:)

    Disk 4 (H:)

    Disk 5 (I:)

    Ethernet

    GPU 0

The drives E:, F:, H:, and I: are card reader slots that are empty, and not in use. They shouldn't appear since they are empty, yet they remain. I wish to remove them from the Task Manager, but I don't know how.

Windows 10 Home version 2004 (OS Build 19041.630)

AMD Athlon II X4 630 Processor 2.80 Ghz
    8 GB Ram

Use Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management > rightclick on drive > Change drive letter and paths > Remove.

Just removes the drive letter so it won't show up. Done that with all of mine (can't remember the last time I used any sort of SD card ...)

I've tried this and it hasn't completely worked. The Task Manager now shows:

    CPU

    Memory

    Disc 0 (C: D:)

    Disk 1 (J:)

    Disk 2

    Disk 3

    Disk 4

    Disk 5

    Ethernet

    GPU 0

It's removed the "Drive Letter" but not the "Disk Drive" itself.

Edit: I have discovered that I can "Disable Device" in Disk Management and that seems to remove the drives from the Task Manager tab in question.
