Hello everyone...I have an HP notebook, model Probook 4430s and I am looking for the driver mentioned above. On the HP website there is nothing for Windows 10 and the possible solutions found on the intermet, unfortunately have not worked so far ...Would anyone have any ideas or suggestions regarding this driver? When trying to load any driver, it gets error code 43.

    I'm using Windows 10, version 20H2, build 19042.630.

Unfortunately, it didn't work ... After installing and restarting the notebook, the bluetooth "disappeared" from the Windows device manager ...

When trying to remove / reinstall, I get this message:

The Bluetooth items I use require Bluetooth 4, generally installed with Win10.

I did check MS for your device as below

If the "Bang" has disappeared from your device manager, I would check by changing view to show hidden devices.

Folks...Still trying around here, to no avail ...

@PenPusher, could you give me information about it more directly, please? I didn't understand your placement very well.

Click "View" in device manager, then left click "Show Hidden Devices" as you click each part of the tree, you can then see all the ghost devices that have been installed.
Hopefully your other BT drivers will show as grayed out i.e installed/not used

My previous post shows the Microsoft hardware id that matches your Bluetooth adapter USB\VID_03f0_&PID311D
    10.0.1.15 is the driver version

As far as I could understand, I don't have ghost devices according to the print below.

I downloaded the most current cab from Microsoft's catalog and I will try to install it now to see what will happen.

Edit: Nothing happened ... it's the same version that I already have installed here and that doesn't work.
