He could have some goofy location set up like R:\cat\dog\ishmael.
Or it may simply be D:\
You need to find out what it is NOW and replicate that after you do the swap.

Cheers. It's ok - it's for Christmas so hasn't been opened yet. I planned to swap the SSD before he gets it. And put antivirus on plus set up a standard account for him so it needs an admin password to change anything major. He might complain about that! But yeah I can imagine he will call things goofy names.
