Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix

    Everytime i run "sfc/scannow" i get this:

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."

I ran the following commands so far:
    "lodctr /R"
    "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth"
and the one you just mentioned above and ran "sfc/scannow" with the same issue.
I'm running the command again so i can copy what it says exactly.

    This is what it says:
    "C:\Users\dll64>Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.19041.572

    Image Version: 10.0.19042.572

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log"

The error 0x800f081f, commonly means that the update requires the . Net Framework 3.5 to be installed. So, proceed and install Net Framework 3.5, in order to solve the KB4054517 installation error 0x800f081f.

This means you should try updating your computer .
    What version are you on?

Well, That leaves me out of ideas. other then a repair install or inplace upgrade.
    Sorry I couldn't help.
Wait a few and one of the Gurus will hopefully pick it up with a few new ideas.

Did a fresh OS install but this time did a few things differently.
    • Created the boot USB from MediaCreation directly and not using the old Windows7 DVD USB tool.
    • Installed Windows without Internet.
    • Ran some .reg files like disable driver updates and driver auto install.
    • Installed all drivers by downloading them from the motherboard support page and installing them one by one.
    • Disabled all the useless and spy stuff.
    • Plugged in the ethernet cable and installed windows updates.
    • The issues above no longer appear.
