Desktop Windows Manager is intermittently freezing my computer
Recently Desktop Window Manager (DWM.exe) has been taking insane amounts of resources from my Integrated Graphics (Intel 630), and has been causing my laptop to freeze intermittently every few seconds when I play any game. Even if I watch something as simple as YouTube it still freezes but at least less often than games do.
I also noticed my Integrated Graphics is being used for my games alongside my main NVIDIA GTX 1650. When I go to the NVIDIA Control Panel it says it is set to use my NVIDIA Card, but it still uses both of my cards at the same time.
I had this problem recently and I just went back a few days into the past via a restore point and it fixed the problem for a day, and then it came right back. I am not sure what I downloaded or what driver I updated that is affecting my computer performance so negatively.
If anyone has any idea what the problem is do help because I cannot find any answers on the internet. It seems like a faulty driver so I posted it here.

In Task Manager GPU 0 is my Integrated while GPU 1 is my NVIDIA 1650.
