HI. THANK YOU VERY VERY VERY MUCH!!!! That problem was bothering me for more than ONE YEAR!!! I was even thinking about buying a new laptop because I love to hear music and my computer audio USED TO STINK until today!!!I had the same problem, I also have Lenovo, my model is G505.
What solved the problem for me was, I opened this Attachment 35597
then I changed Attachment 35598 from ''CLASSIC'' to ''MULTI-STREAM''
and then your sound should be ok,
and then you can adjust your bass in DDP Attachment 35599 and be happy again!

Not even the LENOVO people were able to solve it, and WITH YOUR HELP I FIXED IT IN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES!!!!

I had the same problem, I also have Lenovo, my model is G505.
What solved the problem for me was, I opened this Attachment 35597
then I changed Attachment 35598 from ''CLASSIC'' to ''MULTI-STREAM''
and then your sound should be ok,
and then you can adjust your bass in DDP Attachment 35599 and be happy again!
