Windows 10 Home, Harddisk on USB, 64 Bit, 4 GB, X64

Last Time you helped me with the same problem.
This time is the difference that the external HD is already formatted in FAT32 und that is OK. When I start partitionwizard this drive ist not shown, also not as "unallocated". But this time I can see in Datastroremangement this drive with letter. But I cannot see it in the explorer. This Time I cannot format the HD in NTFS because I need this HD for Television and there FAT32 is necessesary.

Press the Window key + R and run diskmgmt.msc
Right-click on the HDD-->Open.

If it does not work, right-click on the Start button -->Windows PowerShell (Admin).
Run the following commands:

DiskPart
List disk
Select disk X (X is the disk number of your HDD.)
Detail disk (Make sure you have selected the correct disk.)
Clean (Delete all partitions.)
Create partition primary
Format FS=FAT32 quick
Assign
Exit

See whether it shows on File Explorer.

As you can see the neu HD ist not shown. There is no number, therefore I cannot give your commands!!!

Assuming "Datastroremangement" = "Disk Management", what is the drive letter?

I don´t know why, but suddenly a letter was shown as I put the usb once again. Thank you .Now I will close this thread.
