    Got a new HP Deskjet 2700 series printer. I want just the driver


    Got a new printer and HP is forcing the mobile bloated setup where you can do all printing from your cell phone. I don't want all that, I only want to run the printer from Win 10 preferably by Bluetooth or wireless direct (not using the Internet). I looked everywhere for just the driver and cant find it anywhere. Anyone know of a site?

    My reading of that webpage is that, other than their {Driver-product installation software} HP Smart 117MB, you have no other choice but to download their {Software utility} HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software 9MB

    Yeah, I went through all that exactly. Its a shame you cant just download drivers anymore. Now they put them inside unneeded or unwanted packages. I guess the ol' saying... "you gotta do what you gotta do" comes into play here. Thx...
