    1. Can I also put my questions in future in german lamguage?
    2. I connected one extern Harddisk via USB. I heard a sound "Bell", but no drive letter ist shown. When I see in device Manager the Harddisk is shown (WDC-WD10......). But when I look in Diskmanagement the Harddisk ist not shown. Only the two Partition and the disk 0 ist shown. When I use Computeradminstion and diskstoragemanagement the Hardisk is shown as Disk 1. But I cannot format it? Can you help me what I have to do so that I can format the new Harddisk?

Hi, the working language of the forum is English. Please feel free to use e.g. Google translate to convert to English, rather than hoping someone will do that for you.

Is the disk enclosed in its own caddy as bought, or did you put it into a caddy (box/enclosure)?
    Is it new or old?
If appropriate, have you tried a different USB port and cable?

Use 7-Zip to extract the files. Run the one highlighted in the following screenshot:

Post 2 shots, 1 using Windows Disk Management and 1 using Partition Wizard, make them both full shots.

    Example of Partition Wizard.
