New MPOW M5 Bluetooth Headset/Microphone& WiFi

I have a New MPOW M5 Bluetooth Headset/Microphone& WiFi. It's supposed to connect via a BT AC600 USB WiFi Bluetooth Adapter which is "Driver Free".
The MPOW doesn't pair with the BT adapter and I can't find any way top make it pair as it's supposed to be automatic. My Samsung Galaxy A20 pairs without any problem.

The very first time I turned on the headset it paired. I then, for some unknown reason, went to Settings, Bluetooth devices, clicked on it and clicked on Remove Device. I have not been able to get it back since.

I tried the suggestions here: FIX: Bluetooth won’t turn on in Windows 10 which didn't help, including the registry change.

Also, if I turn bluetooth off, I can't turn it back on again. I have to reboot to turn it on.

Don't know for you headset, but it's usually like this: press power on button (on your headset) for some time (15 to 20 sec), a blue light on the device will start to blink, and you can pair.

And put your headset near your adapter

Thanks Andre, I've done that dozens (literally) of times. It never pairs.

I've contacted the place I bought it from and sent them a bunch of info. See what their response is. This is the 2nd one from them, both the same and neither works so I think I'm fighting a losing battle. They have been good and responsive and sent me the new one without wanting the 1st one back.

    Did you reset the headset?

The Mpow M5 can be factory reset as follows:

    1. Turn off by holding down the button on the end of microphone for about 6 seconds – you will hear a “power down” sound.
    2. Hold down the button on the end of microphone and the Volume + button for at least 5 seconds.
    3. The LED light will start flashing Blue/Red.

Yup, tried that maybe 10 times as well.

I bought it to use with Microsoft's Your Phone now that I have the Call feature working.

I do appreciate your efforts Andre. Wouldn't be the first time I overlooked something.

    Thank you.
