What is the Optional Intel Driver Update via Windows Update?

    INTEL - System - 10/3/2016 12:00:00 AM - 10.1.1.38

((Already Installed though, as i always installed any optional driver update or optional update that comes along, and machine is backed up with Macirum reflect images, so i was like ok, and installed it)) It drives me nuts holding off on installing an update, i waited for 5-10 minutes, then just went install, as i can't do that

    For Intel drivers:

    1) Best tested for the computer's configuration > displayed on motherboard or computer manufacturer's website > follow with Windows updates

    2) Most up to date driver > displayed using the Intel driver and support assistant

    3) Windows update catalog > use hardware ID

Machine #1, Gigabyte, and I check the other one off and on, a little less than the Gigabyte based machine, but i still use the HP off and on, not as much as the Main Desktop i'll admit

Once a week probably for both though, manually run Windows update once or twice a week as well, if find anything, then installs it normally lol, as i kinda go nuts if i don't install any updates lol

yes for the Laptop i do have HP support assistant installed

The computer appears up to date.
Would need to collect logs to confirm.
If there are no problems you can rely on the Intel software.
