My Seasonic TX-750W tripped breaker or it was halogen bulb in bathroom

    Sounds like bad wiring, unless one of the breakers are one of those totally new kind act as a GFCI/GFI for the building! (or similar)

    I would be suspicious of broken wire insulation in the walls or ceiling. May be a rodent problem.

    And two breaker switches, makes me think of American "split-phase",
    (two 120V hots for 240V or just one leg for 120V) unless the second switch is for one of those Europe-style GFCI/GFI breakers. (or similar) (AFCI?)

    Yeah, knew that from the get-go, pretty much. (older setups, IIRC, are 220V)
