What is this exclamation mark in yellow circle on my d drive? Help plz

So, I started to see this exclamation mark in yellow circle on my d drive recently (last 1 week perhaps). I searched a good amount of internet articles, but I couldn't find anything about it. Most of the articles are related to bitlocker and my bitlocker is enabled and working fine on both my C and D drives partitions of a single SSD. Here are the details:

What is this exclamation mark in yellow circle on my d drive? Help plz-driveimg.png

    Edition: Windows 10 Enterprise
    Version: 1909
    OS Build: 18363.1016
Drivers: All up to date, no errors.
SSD: 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive
Last working date without this exclamation mark: August 31, 2020 (afaik)
Any driver updates immediately before this mark: No
Any driver updates since then: No
    Bitlocker: Enabled
    Fixed data drive: Yes
Restarted PC: Several times since then

Also, there is no problem reading, copying from and copying to from this drive. I have also tried to disable and enable bitlocker without any luck.

Here are the screenshots for various checks:

This non-answer from Adobe says there is nothing to worry about.
AcroTray has a yellow circle with an exclamation mark in the center

This does not answer your question but it does at least point you to where its cause lies. Perhaps you might try to progress the matter in Adobe forums.

Does anything appear if you hover your cursor over that symbol?

    Best of luck,

@Try3 - hi, are you sure that's the same yellow circle and exclamation mark? There's no screenshot shown there.

    E.g. perhaps?

I couldn't find a useful match for that- even tried Google image search..

No, not at all. But that MSA thread also points the finger at Adobe so trying to invesigate it in Adobe forums seems to be a suitable course of action.

Hi, thanks but I dont think it is relevant with my problem. The thread you shared is for a software problem, I have this icon on a disk partition in windows. I dont even have adobe software installed. I am sorry but I dont see how it points me to a solution. Going to adobe forum is not going to solve this problem as it is entirely unrelated.

Sorry, but I dont see how its a suitable course of action when my problem is totally unrelated. Thanks for your response though, and let me know if you think of another solution for my problem. Appreciate it anyway.

Hi, having tried searching and even an image match for the icon (with red square edited out) I've not found anything.

As you suggest, could be bitlocker- I'm not familiar with that.

Can only suggest experimentation - e.g. clean boot, Safe Mode- consider what programs you use that could create overlay icons- see if you can find a way of causing it to disappear. (For folders, sync programs cause similar confusion for example).

A ! suggests some sort of warning- this seems to be a partition on a disk. Have you run any checks on it?

    Note

    - shows a suspended case- is it possible later builds use a different icon? Is Bitlocker suspended on that partition?
