    Canon TS6000 printer failure

Recently 8/18 did a Canon update thru windows update feature. Printed today - lines through words. Did 2 nozzle cleanings and deep cleaning. Changed all inks as they were getting low. Printed test page - now practically nothing prints on test page except the very top - a printer image and words, Test page. Printer has been fine for 3 years. Thanks

Need to know which Version and Build of Win10 and how the printer is connected to the computer.

I uninstalled and reinstalled -- now won't print test page even. Went thru a network settings menu - reentered network details but no deal. Anybody?

Does the printer not have a built-in test/diagnostic function? There's usually other things on the panel on them such as Supplies status, things that can be checked without using the computer. According to pictures I saw on the 'net yours does.

Tried settings menu on printer - went thru all steps. No deal. Do you suppose printhead has been damaged? If so, guess I'm looking at a new printer, Thanks.

I downloaded an installation file from Canon. Don't know why I needed to do that but in any case I reinstalled the printer. I now have the printer connected wirelessly to my laptop. I printed a nozzle check page and all colors come out fine. No clogs - but the top line of the page where the grid of black lines appears - is not there. All others are. When I try to print a small page with words on it, nothing is printed. I don't know what to do now. Any thoughts?
