Bluetooth not working on Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop
We have two of these laptops and neither will connect to bluetooth properly. Or rather, You can turn on bluetooth and pair the devices, but they don't connect. When I then click Connect, I get a message saying "That didn't work. Make sure your Bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again."
I've tried a bluetooth speaker and headphones. I've checked that they work on another device, and I have checked that they aren't connected to another device (by switching off all other laptop and mobile bluetooth.
I've tried uninstalling Bluetooth and then manually reinstalling the drivers from a freshly downloaded file from the Lenovo website, but no luck.
I've run windows update too.
Any thoughts?
