Hello guys, is there a way to always have the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the notification tray ?
Using some regedit key or something ?

The "Safely Remove Hardware" icon is triggered only when a device using system cache writing is ejected. The act of ejecting it tells the system to flush any un-written data to the device, then tell you it's OK to disconnect it.
So having it always there is not possible when there's no associated device to trigger it.
If you have a USB device which you can eject - say hard drive - then it should appear all the time. If not then it won’t show.
However, you may need to right-click the Taskbar, click Taskbar settings and go to the Notification Area section and make a change in the first item there.
Select which items appear on the taskbar.
Ya it only shows up there if you have something to remove, Why would you want it to always be there ?
And don't forget in File Explorer there is an Eject choice on the context menu when right-clicking a removable drive or optical disc.

In fact, I know how to trigger its appearance and how to enable/disable it aswell, but I would love to have it even without anything connected to the computer
I want to have so just because I love it, there's no particular reason or anything.
You say it only appears when an external device is connected, but then, isn't it a way to either disable the condition of "when a device connect" or to fool Windows into thinking there is a device when there isn't ?
If you want an icon present even when a device isn't connected, get USB Safely Remove (not free). And it is a good utility. Sometimes given away.
No USB devices connected - bar my mouse, which doesn't count here.
Turns green if there is a storage device connected.
