Problem with blutooth on laptop

My laptop has a Realtek Bluetooth 4.2 adpator that seem to keep having problems. I will use it to link to wireless earbuds to listen to music then when I go to link it up again the bluetooth icon is missing from the system tray, I go into setting then Bluetooth & Other Devices, find my wireless earbud, but it says Bluetooth is turned off. I go into Device Manager and under the status section of the Realtek Bluetooth 4.2 adpator is says "This device cannot start. (Code 10), An attempt was made to access an exiting process, I have updated the driver and the problem reoccurs, I can uninstall it and retart the computer which reinstalls the driver, but the problem reoccurs, help!

Hi have you gone to hp support and see if they have an updated driver for the bluetooth.

Yes I have and I have the up to date driver for the bluetooth.

Thanks I will give that a try and see if that fixes the problem
