How to Secure Erase older Intel SSD for selling on

Hi Guys,
I have an older Intel 320 series SSD that I no longer use, so I thought I'd sell it, OK, I know I won't get a lot for it but it will be some money. I tried to Secure Erase it whilst it was in the PC as a Master drive, of course you can't, so I thought I'd 'Google' it, went to the Intel page

I'm running Windows 10 home on the PC and Premium on my laptop, so since they are both win 10 I ca't do that, the next 2 options that they give you mean using

Suppose you do not want to install Win7; so other program should be used. PartedMagic can do Secure Erase; recent free versions are from 2013.

In case you don't find a viable secure erase option you can reset:
Reset Windows 10

No. This is not genuine ATA Secure Erase but inferior disk wipe. The whole page is one marketing lie, they never say explicitly their product cannot do ATA Secure Erase:

If installing Win 7 and using the Intel secure erase is the safest way to ensure that the data on the drive can't be recovered, then I'll do that.

No need for third party apps if you don't already have them.

For what I know, clean only partially clean the allocation table. Data can be retrieved.
Also, for what I know, full format will fill the clusters with zeros, that is why it take a loooong time to do it.
