    HD 1080P Webcam not working

Hi guys. I don't have time to mess around with this camera. I bought it from a private party. I must have a webcam up and running wednesday morning for a video conference about some legal matters. I just ordered a new one from Amazon and it will be here Tuesday morning so I will have time to set it up and play with it.

Try running a driver updater and see if if works. That takes a few minutes.

You haven't actually advised whether Windows Update works as I asked.

Anyway, thank you for your time. Good luck.

If it is a plug-and-play webcam like mine, you need no time to set it up.

Two ways to launch. Batch file or executable:

I don't know what you downloaded but see:

I think that you downloaded the Linux version and not the Windows version:

You are right. I have just downloaded the Windows version and run "webcamoid.cmd", but the image is terrible. The image shown on Skype is fine.

That should be webcamoid.bat or webcamoid.exe

Image adjustments via "Configure Sources" button:

Anyway the idea was to see if the camera was detected regardless of driver issues.

Also I've been trying to get virtual camera driver to work with PotPlayer but no luck so far.

On Skype, the left and right of the image are not reversed.
On Webcamoid, the left and right of the image are reversed.
    Is there a solution?

    I don't have Skype.
