Disk Management is restricted in what it allows you to do. You could use Diskpart to remove protected partitions, but a tool like MiniTool Partition Manager would be easier to use.

First use LIST DISK to identify which disk number you want to work on. Then SELECT DISK # where you use the number of the disk in place of #.

Now use LIST PARTITION to see all partitions on the disk.

For each partition number you want to delete, use SELECT PARTITION # using its number instead of #, then type DELETE PARTITION.

Be very careful to make sure you have correctly identified each partition before you delete it. If you delete the wrong one your system will not work. You must not delete the 100MB Fat32 partition, that is the EFI partition and is needed to boot the system.

Diskpart is very powerful and it's easy to make mistakes. MiniTool Partition Manager is safer to use because you can see what you are doing.
