If you remove the EFI partition from the disk it will not be able to boot up the system.

    Use MiniTool Partition Wizard free:
MiniTool Partition Wizard | Best partition magic alternative for Windows PC and Server

and the command you can try is diskpart is actually:

    delete partition override

You need the override option to delete system partitions.

Delete msr and you will have a brick that wont boot as thats were the system files why do you want to delete these?
The MSR is the Microsoft System Reserved partition and on must computers that I have seen it deleted from have suffered no ill affects at all from it's deletion. But it is usually no more than 128 mb (and as small as 16 mb), so it just isn't really worth the effort to delete it. The MSR partition should not be confused with the System Reserved Partition on legacy BIOS or the EFI System Partition on UEFI systems that do contain the boot files.

Delete a System Reserved Partition that is marked as active or an EFI system partition and the computer will more than likely fail to boot, but those partitions are easy to recreate from a Windows installation or rescue flash drive or DVD.

Click on the partition you want to change or delete to highlight it. Then right click on the highlighted partition to get the menu. Click on the menu item for what you want to do. Don't forget to click on the apply button.
