Hi see if this helps you out How to Install Printer Driver in Compatibility Mode on Windows 10 - Free Printer Driver Download
In the video the first thing it ask is right click on EXE file where is that found? Sorry so dumb
When you download the driver it should be in a folder you downloaded to I do not know if it came in a zip file or not. If came in a zip file unzip it and find the EXE and do as it shows.
Also please be aware that a late update of Windows introduced problems with printers, mostly those using USB connections. The brands I've seen listed as being involved were Brother, Canon, Panasonic and Ricoh, have fixed the issue with a couple of Brother All-in-Ones and one HP with the very latest updates.
Sorry but I can't find the drivers I am so dumb I will keep looking or just throw this damn printer away wish I had known this before i bought it sure never would have
Canon U.S.A., Inc. | PIXMA MX310

I may have pc problems and need to know is there a way to check it. My printer quit and I got another and still won't print. devices show the printer is ok. Running win 10 does anyone have a solution I sure don't want to get another pc already may not of needed new printer The pc is a Dell Optiplex 755
Thanks

Please, as per the forum prompt when you wrote your post, specify your full Windows build number.
If you have certain builds of 2004 there are some known printer problems.
What type and model is your printer?
History: so often omitted by posters:
- when did this start to happen?
- what event occurred before this happened?
- has your printer ever printed with your current major build of Windows (e.g. 1803, 1909, 2004)?
See the News articles on your current build if build 2004 - in the News section.
