    Hi.

Where is the receiver plugged in?

Have you tried one in front or top?

When I put my mouse receiver on my desk using a USB extension my issues disappeared.

While likely not be cause I would also clean up any hidden mice in Device manager.

The receiver was plugged in one of the rear USB ports, but now I plugged it in a front USB port and it is working great so far! :)

I'll report if I have an issue again.

Great. If you want another long term solution you can buy a USB extension, say five feet, and place the receiver right on your desk while using a rear port.

Something is wrong. A good wireless mouse should work perfectly with the transmitter and receiver separated by 2-3 m.
