    Webcam execution file where?

    Hello:

I need to put the webcam execution files into True Launch Bar so that I can open the webcam from there. However, in spite of searching far and wide on the Web, I have not been able to find out what file opens the webcam (I have Windows 10, 64 bit).

I cannot copy or move the Camera link in Start.

    Any help appreciated.

What I did was open Camera then right-clicked its icon on the Taskbar and Pinned to the Taskbar. When closed the icon remained on the Taskbar.

Berton, that would work, but since I have the task bar app True Launch Bar already, I would like it in there.

For me it's a UWP app launched by:

    microsoft.windows.camera:

    Logged it's launch:

    Code:

You could probably lauch it from a shortcut to a batch file and pin the shortcut:

    Code:
    @echo off
    start "" "microsoft.windows.camera:"
    echo
    exit /B

Personally I just use the portable version of this:

    Webcamoid, The ultimate webcam suite!

You can launch via batch file or executable.

This worked for me. Thank you very much!!
