ASUS P9X79 PRO I7-3930K CPU Win 10 Random Freeze Ups Getting Worse

For the last month or so I have been having an issue with my rig..

It used to be where everyone once in a while, I'll be doing some work in File Manager and I just lose all mouse/kb control... The machine doesn't appear to lock up or appear to be frozen, it's like I simply lose all input control..

OTOH for all intents and purposes, it IS frozen/locked up cause the only way to get it back is to do a total shut down and reboot..

I have pulled some memory, thinking it's bad.. I set up a Windows Gadgets to monitor the temps.. Well within tolerances..

I even did a complete Windows 10 Re-install and upgraded to Ver1909 right off the bat..

Still get the random "lock ups"...

But one area where I can actually make the rig do it is with Modern Warfare.. I load up MW2019, get involved in a MP match and within a min or less, I lose all control.. But it's not "locked up" as game play continues around me. Of course getting killed is a foregone conclusion...

I am thinking video card issue.. I have latest drivers.. But I wouldn't think that would have any impact on mouse/kb control...

    Any ideas???

Disregard... A simple matter of putting the USB KB and trackball in another slot was all that was needed..
