Error "An Error Occured During This Operation" When Printing

This error only seems to produce itself in instance where the Windows 10 based contextual print menu is needed. This does not occur for instance when printing via Chrome or even Printing a test page from settings as this window is now required in those contexts. This is currently being observed on an install of Win 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB (OS Build 14393.3443) Here is a gif depicting the behavior linked here Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Indeed, as depicted in the gif in the link, the failure occurs in Firefox and Wordpad when tested. It is contingent on the contextual pop up print window, that is where the failure occurs. Any application that does not require this prints fine.

No issues with the hardware, I've done the basics in respect to that. The print job prints fine if it doesn't involve the context menu. The behavior occurs with Save and Save As functionality as well. Nothing happens, menu doesn't present itself. Yes, and this works because the contextual menu for print, save, save as is not required when the job is run that way. The real crux of the issue is the contextual menu failing. Not whether the print job will actual output successfully.

No updates within the last month, we defer purposefully. I've got over 200 LTSB images running out there and its only happening on this box.
