later of reset my computer all my USB HDD are denied the access

    Hello to everyone

just have a problem i have reset my computer and later of the set up and etc when want to plug in in specific USB HDD all them get denied access, i have attempted everything but all goes to denied access and denied or wrong command line , i just have an HP laptop running windows 10 2004 version compilation 19041.329.

the most strange thing is in other computers just works fine those same USB hard disk drives with the same windows version. also have reset twice the laptop and still with the same problem.

    any help would be welcomed.

    best regards

    "Reset" from what to what?

Rollback of 2004 to a previous version?

Reset of 2004 after a clean install?

Are you attempting to do something as a Standard user that requires Administrator permissions?

NO this happens as admin privileges or admin user, and had set up the update a month ago so is not way of going back to the previous version, besides that have to reset the laptop due an e mail that outlook opened inmediatelly as preview and made me get infected with a virus i have used now also 2 antivirus to get sure is not traces of the virus and is the computer clean

So when you are confident your system is clean, try doing the same functions in Safe Mode.

If you haven't done so, download and run the following tools -

    Malwarebytes
    Emsisoft Emergency Kit
    HitmanPro

Download the Windows 10 ISO for the version you are using, and mount it (right-click on the ISO and select Mount)

Double click on setup.exe in the root folder of the ISO.

You will want to select Keep personal files and apps when prompted.

This will re-install Windows 10 and keep your stuff.
