    Windows 10 won't print to Canon P7250 printer


    Hi, I can print test pages but no documents. Everything was working fine last week when I lasted printed and have not played around with any of the settings. Its saying Unexpecting configuration problem 0x8007007e Hope someone can help 🤞

    Hello, unfortunately despite the forum prompt when you wrote your post you've not specified your Windows build number.

    Assuming you have recently upgraded to build 2004 you may have run into a well documented problem.

    Compare your build number and post back.

    If the above is irrelevant, have a look at your Update History in Settings and see if you received an update in the period of interest, or a driver update (see driver updates at the bottom, or in Device Manager and check the date).

    So far in print on the 'net I've seen only mention of Brother, Canon, Panasonic and Ricoh printers having the issue and generally with the USB connection and have dealt with a client's Brother All-In-One. The symptom with it was everything worked except the print did not get to paper and no error messages, just would seem to go to print and disappear from the print queue. I ended up Upgrading her Sony Vaio to the latest Win10 Version 2004 Build 19041.329 then to Build19041.331, fixed the issue.
