EventID521 The miniport logged an event
I've posted about this error before.
There are tens of thousands of these error in the event log.
When viewing the event log I need to scroll almost endlessly to hit on an entry not reading the above.
I've been able to find out what possibly might be the case.
It refers to PortNumber 0, Bus 0, Target 0, Lun 0 which involves the CD-ROM player, BC-12D2HT.
Also I found an article on the Microsoft site about "Making SCSI Port Miniport Drivers Work with Storport"
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...-with-storport
I 've no idea what this means and whether there is indeed some relation between this and the errors in the event log and IF... there is, IF, how to solve it.
Suggestions are welcome!
Thanks.
The miniport logged an event.
