    Was on 2004 Dev channel and just booted to 2004 build 19041.329 and portablebaselayer shows in Mini Tool but not in disk management. Something changed in the insider preview ring. Also have the virtual drive showing in device manager.

    I reckon that is it then! Haven't had a chance to test on my other installation but if I was a betting man, I'd say it was Sandbox
