How long have you had this problem?

Post 1 or more screenshots of your task manager organising columns high to low by clicking on the column header thus:
- not by using Imgur or other means.

Please perform a clean boot (Google or see tutorial if unsure how).
Log in, and again post a screenshot of your task manager.

How much free space do you have on C: ?
Have you ever changed your page file settings?

Please run
chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or Powershell prompt and post the summary result.
