paper size is set to Letter should i change it to A4????
next time i will try shrink to fit instead of Fill Page

how can i uninstall it and then reinstall it

[1] You can try setting it to A4. I always have mine set that way!
[2] You shouldn't have to shrink it, it should be set to 100%.

i try both A4 and shrink to fit better but not perfect still

it was set normal, i change it to uniform and bingo solved the problem

Assuming A4 is a standard paper size you use in your country, and that is what you load your printer with.

1) Setup Printer with A4 paper.
2) Setup the Application with A4.

Photo App
Look at the Preview, is it correct. Most printers do not print right to the edge, they have a slightly smaller print area.
So, go to More settings ... > Scroll to the bottom Borderless printing > Off > OK.
The preview should change so you have a white border around.
The Photos App has very little choice of Page Margins and Fit, and it can and does cut off bits.

It is so inflexible that you had better use another Application.
The Paint 3D App has better printing options, and is one of Windows 10 Apps.
I use IrfanView or Paint.net image editors.
