    Looking to adding more RAM but cannot find compatible module

    I intend to install a Crucial MX500 CT1000MX500SSD1 1 TB SSD but do not know which RAM 8GB is compatible for this laptop.
    Laptop model;
    HP Laptop 15-da0xxx 4BA37EA#ABU
    CPU Intel Pentium Silver N5000 CPU @ 1.10GHz
    Motherboard Model 84AA (U3E1)
    I have tried asking Crucial and HP forum but without a definite answer to which 8GB module will be compatible with the above laptop.

    Would appreciate if someone could direct me to the right compatible 8GB RAM module to buy for this device.

    Go to Crucial website using the laptop.

    You'll see an online configurator that will examine your laptop remotely and recommend RAM that is compatible.

    What's the specific laptop model? Fill in the "xxx" in 15-da0xxx.

    15-da0xxx is what Windows System Information shows. I do not know what the "xxx" are.

    On BIOS you probably will find the complete code.

    Also HWinfo may give you the complete code.

    The laptop has no label that lists the exact model?

    Do not have access to the laptop right now, I will post back when I am able to get to the laptop.

    I have been able to remotely find the memory installed in the laptop which is;
    Memory Module Size 4GB
    Memory Type DDR4 SDRAM
    Module Type SO-DIMM
    Module Manufacturer Samsung
    Memory Speed 1333.3MHz (DDR4-2666 / PC4 213000)
    Module Part Number M471A5244CB0-CTD

    I need a compatible Module Size to be 8GB
